SUMMARY OF RESEARCH DIRECTIONS
Research directions include development of improved lighting, heating, ventilation and water management to provide an optimum environment to achieve broiler growth potential in an economical and efficient manner. Current projects are focused on improving air quality inside broiler houses, examining the benefits of drinker line maintenance and sanitation and investigating light management impacts on broiler performance.
